1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gd89 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or using the gd89 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the gd89 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms. • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information. gd89 may conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage and may require identity documents.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of gd89 or its affiliated software, game, or payment service providers.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of gd89 services, you are required to create a registered account. Registration is free, and each individual may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify gd89 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. gd89 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
• gd89 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that breaches these registration conditions, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
• You must keep your personal details up to date. Inaccurate or outdated information may delay the processing of withdrawal requests or result in KYC verification failure.

gd89 does not permit the creation of accounts by automated means, bots, or scripts. Any account created through such methods will be immediately closed and all associated balances forfeited without recourse.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

gd89 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected bank transfer options via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The minimum deposit for mobile money channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Bank transfer minimums may be higher and are specified at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within standard processing windows. gd89 aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile money wallets within 24 hours of approval, though actual receipt times depend on the payment provider.
• All deposits and withdrawals are subject to KYC and anti-money laundering (AML) verification procedures. gd89 reserves the right to hold or delay any transaction pending completion of required verification checks.
• gd89 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts or wallets verified as belonging to the registered player.

gd89 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside gd89's control. Currency conversion fees may apply where transactions are processed in currencies other than BDT.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gd89 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with or gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade financial reporting obligations, or using the platform to facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors to gain financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with gd89 staff or other platform users through any channel, including customer support chat.

gd89 operates sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors and financial institutions to identify and act upon suspicious account activity. Any confirmed fraudulent activity will be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the gd89 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of gd89 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this platform is the exclusive property of gd89.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the gd89 platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of gd89. Unauthorised use of any gd89 materials may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offence.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gd89 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Losses incurred from gaming activity, including losses resulting from reliance on information displayed on the platform such as odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or periods of platform unavailability caused by server maintenance, third-party provider outages, internet connectivity issues, or any force majeure event beyond gd89's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data or transmissions where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate account security as required under these Terms.

9. Termination of Account

You may close your gd89 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet released) will be made available for withdrawal subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts with pending withdrawal requests or open bets cannot be immediately closed until those transactions are resolved.

gd89 reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where: a breach of these Terms is detected; fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is identified; a player is found to be ineligible; or continued operation of the account presents a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to gd89. Where an account is terminated by gd89 due to a material breach, gd89 reserves the right to retain any remaining balance as partial compensation for losses incurred.

10. Changes to These Terms

gd89 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gd89 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In cases of significant changes, gd89 may also notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the gd89 platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account and arrange for any outstanding balance to be returned to you.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. gd89 operates under international licensing and is not subject to the specific domestic gaming regulations of any single jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws applicable in your place of residence.
